Canterra Design & Consulting Inc. was established in 1999 by Cosimo Zacconi as a drafting, design & consulting company. Cosimo graduated from the Architectural Technology Program at Algonquin College in 1993, after which, he worked as a private consultant and with various developers until establishing Canterra Design & Consulting Inc. Working with independent architects, developers and engineers has given us access to a wide range of expertise and design resources. These collaborations have also been an invaluable asset in developing on-site solutions to various challenges that can arise through out any project.
Quality:
To ensure that the highest standards of quality are met, Canterra prepares all designs using Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology to ensure accuracy. In keeping up to date with new products, changing building codes, by-laws, and building technologies, Canterra can facilitate any and all projects from both a design and construction standpoint. As a member of the Ottawa Carleton Home Builders Association, Canterra Design and Consulting Inc. has been able to branch out and work with other qualified professionals in the construction industry. Canterra is also Bill 124 certified, which ensures you are working with someone whom is up to date with codes and regulations and able to provide professional drawings.
