Canterra Design & Consulting Inc. was established in 1999 by Cosimo Zacconi as a design and consulting company. Cosimo graduated from the Architectural Technology Course at Algonquin College in 1993. With the experience he has gained in working with architects, developers and engineers he has acquired a wide range o expertise in design and on-site experience. Our company specializes in custom residential projects of all sizes primarily custom home design to large scale additions and renovations.
All our drawings are prepared using CAD Technology to ensure accuracy. In keeping up to date with new products, building codes, construction by-laws and market changes not only allows us to keep up to date in a design stand point but in a construction stand point as well.
Distinguishing characteristics of our business are the level of detail in our drawings and the attention that our clients will receive from the very first meeting to determine their personal style and preferences, up until their project is completed. In dealing with the owner directly clients are guaranteed a highly professional and custom personalized service.
